|Recommended: YesI would like to give a special thanks to Casey and Tricia for helping me with my speech number 2, you all amazed me increasingly every day. Even though your job is to manage the apartment, you all still find ways to help in other areas too. With the help from you all, I was able to pass my class with an A, and I could not have done it without you all. Thanks for being my audience. I would also like to give another special shout out to Kimberly, I had surgery on Nov. 22, and I was doing so well they discharged me on the 23rd, which was the same day I received a package. I was not able to leave my apartment and Ms. Kimberly volunteered to bring it to me with no hesitation. I could not have asked for a better management group like this one. You all are the best and I am forever grateful. I am spoiled here, and I would not want it any other way Thank you all so much

|Recommended: YesLongtime resident — My family and I have lived here for a number of years now and overall Glenbrook is pretty decent.The office staff they are amazing they are very friendly and respond to emails or questions in a timely manner ...Now since I have lived here for years and I was very familiar with the previous maintenance staff the current staff hmmm not so much...I don't know them I've personally Never seen them...I have seen a cup outside my building for at least 3 days now... previous staff was always out there 1 st thing in the mornings picking up trash around the property...the hallways don't get vacuumed very often at all...We have never had any major issues here at Glenbrook but the parking is not great at all...I feel Glenbrook should send out suggestion slips ...there are a few things the property could improve .

Thank you for your feedback we appreciate your comments. Our maintenance staff arrives at 8:30 am daily and trash pick up is our number one priority. I am so sorry we missed the cup! Maintenance located it tucked under a railing near the bricks this morning and promptly threw it away. We love interacting with our residents! Hopefully you will have a chance to meet our maintenance staff while we are remodeling your kitchen. Each week all buildings entry ways are vacuumed by our wonderful housekeeper. She loves to keep things looking fresh. In July, while we had the entire parking lot seal coated and re striped, we were able to add 14 new parking spaces. The place is very quiet my fren told me this is the most quiet place on earth lol. Thanks casey for being energetic and dedicated to your job i can feel it.
|Recommended: YesExcellent first apartment — Me and my girlfriend just moved in and we already love it here, clean the moment we walked through the door, hardly had to do anything ourselves. Parking was open and phenomenal spacing. Not much else I can say at the moment.
